We have developed a system of checks and double checks that go into action with every project we manage. You can count on SOF for:
Order verification and take off review of drawings and project plan
Building inspection and coordination with building management
Confirmation of all trade union requirements
A thorough site inspection to confirm availability of elevators, loading docks, trash facilities, staging areas, etc.
Coordination of all deliveries from all manufacturers and coordination with other vendors (carpeting or wallcovering, e.g.)
Monitor and control change order process and participate in all job meetings as requested
Conduct final walkthrough to create punch list with client, foreman, and Account manager. Follow through on punch list.
